General Provisions
The following Terms of Service apply to all orders placed at getstant.com.
These Terms of Service govern the legal relationship between the Seller and the Buyer for the sale of goods through getstant.com.
The Terms of Service are a binding legal document for both parties and establish the conditions for ordering goods, payment, delivery, returns, responsibilities, warranty, and other terms related to the purchase of goods through getstant.com.
Stant is a consumer-facing business. Business, bulk, or resale orders may be accepted only at the Seller’s discretion or where agreed in writing. Products may not be resold, modified, or used in the production of other goods without express written permission from the Seller.
Definitions:

5.2. Buyer – the person who places an order for a product via the Website;
5.3. Website – getstant.com;
5.4. Contract – the sale agreement formed between the Buyer and Seller upon order placement;
5.5. Parties – the Buyer and Seller jointly;
5.6. Order – an online purchase process initiated by the Buyer through the Website;
5.7. Consumer – a natural person purchasing goods not related to their trade, business, or profession;
5.8. Entrepreneur – a legal or natural person acting in a commercial or professional capacity.
Contract Formation
Product images on getstant.com are for illustrative purposes. The final product may vary slightly in appearance depending on lighting, screen settings, production batch, or selected variant.
By listing products on the Website, the Seller invites the customer to place an order. Adding a product to the cart is non-binding. A binding contract is formed when the Buyer completes checkout and successfully pays for the order.
Buyers may modify their cart at any time before confirming payment. If an order is not completed, we may send a reminder email.
Order confirmation is provided by email immediately after purchase.
Contract Terms, Language, and Retention
By placing an order, the Buyer agrees to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
Buyers are required to provide necessary personal data to complete orders, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The sale contract is governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. In unresolved cases, disputes shall be settled by Lithuanian courts unless mandatory local consumer protection law requires otherwise.
Product information, assembly guidance, warranty details, and usage instructions may be provided with the order, by email, or on the Website.
The version of the Terms of Service in effect at the time of the Buyer’s order will govern the contract.
Delivery Terms
Delivery is fulfilled through third-party couriers. In-person pickup is not available unless specifically agreed in writing.
We offer free express shipping on all Stant orders across Europe, Canada, and worldwide.
Each Stant chair is carefully prepared before shipping. This process typically takes 1–3 weeks before your order is ready to leave our warehouse. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 7–8 business days.
Delivery timelines may be affected by courier delays, customs processing, holidays, weather, or circumstances outside the Seller’s control.
Risk of accidental damage or loss transfers to the Buyer at the moment of delivery.
If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, incorrect address details, or failure to collect the parcel, we may attempt to reschedule delivery where possible. Uncollected goods may be returned to the Seller and refunded minus delivery, return, and processing costs where applicable.
International Orders
Stant sells globally. Orders placed from outside the EU may be subject to local import procedures depending on the destination country.
Where applicable, we aim to cover import duties you might incur, so you can enjoy a hassle-free shopping experience. This does not remove the Buyer’s responsibility to comply with local import laws, provide accurate delivery information, and cooperate with customs or courier requests when required.
Delivery timelines and tracking may vary depending on the destination country.
Return shipping from outside the EU is at the customer’s expense unless the product is defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrect.

All transactions are securely processed by third-party payment providers. Payment terms may also be governed by those providers’ terms and policies.
The Seller does not store full payment card details.
Damage During Delivery
The Buyer must inspect deliveries upon receipt.
If the product arrives visibly damaged, incorrect, or with missing parts, the Buyer should contact the Seller within 7 days of receiving the order at support@getstant.com.
Where applicable, the Seller will replace the product, send missing parts, or correct the issue free of charge within 10 working days.
Claims for visible damage submitted significantly after delivery, without reasonable inspection or evidence, may be denied.
Product Quality and Warranty
Stant is covered by a 5-year warranty from the original date of purchase.
The Seller warrants to the original purchaser that the product is free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two years.
This warranty applies only to defects resulting from manufacturing errors and does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper assembly, alterations, normal wear and tear, or any use unintended by the manufacturer.
If your Stant chair is found to be defective in materials or workmanship within the two-year warranty period, the Seller may, at its sole discretion, either replace the defective product or repair the defective parts free of charge.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by external factors, including physical impact, improper handling, exposure to unsuitable conditions, or use outside the recommended weight and usage guidelines.
This warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. It does not affect your statutory rights.
Returns
Buyers may return eligible products within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for return, products must be returned in their original condition and original packaging.
Items showing signs of damage, heavy use, improper assembly, missing parts, or use outside normal inspection may not qualify for a full refund.
Return shipping costs are the Buyer’s responsibility unless the return is due to Seller error, product defect, damage on arrival, or an incorrect item being delivered.
International customers are responsible for any customs, duties, or return handling fees unless the return is due to Seller error.

Non-Returnable Items
Customized, personalized, or final sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Return Inspection
All returned items are subject to inspection.
The Seller reserves the right to refuse a refund or issue a partial refund if the returned product does not meet the return requirements.
Refunds will be issued within 5–10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
Additional processing time may apply depending on the Buyer’s bank, card provider, or payment provider.
Responsibility
All legal relationships are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. However, international customers may rely on local mandatory consumer protections where applicable.
The Seller’s liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable consumer law.
The Seller shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of productivity, emotional distress, or personal injury claims not directly caused by use of the product as intended.
The Seller’s maximum liability shall be limited to the value of the product purchased, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
The Buyer is responsible for assembling and using the product according to the provided instructions and recommended usage guidelines.
Force Majeure
The Seller is not liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor strikes, governmental actions, customs delays, courier disruptions, supply chain delays, or transportation issues.
Dispute Resolution
Customers should direct any complaints to support@getstant.com.
We aim to respond within 14 calendar days.
If a resolution cannot be reached, EU-based customers may contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority:
