Warranty

STANT provides a 2-year limited warranty from the original date of purchase to the original purchaser. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions.

If your STANT - Standing Desk Ergonomic Chair is found to be defective within the warranty period, STANT will, at its sole discretion, repair the defective part, provide replacement parts, or replace the product free of charge.

Warranty Coverage

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the product and covers defects caused by manufacturing errors. The warranty does not cover any of the following:

Damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper assembly, improper installation, alterations, or unintended use.

Damage caused by external factors, including but not limited to excessive force, physical impact, heat, moisture, solvents, or improper storage.

Damage caused by using the chair in a way that is not described in the assembly manual.

Damage due to normal wear and tear, including minor cosmetic changes, scratches, fabric wear, or natural material aging.

Damage caused during shipping after delivery, moving, or improper handling by the customer.

Exclusions and Limitations

This warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. It does not cover incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.

STANT is not responsible for labor costs, assembly costs, disassembly costs, or any other costs related to removing, installing, repairing, or reinstalling the product.

Warranty Claim Process

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer support team at support@getstant.com with the following information:

Proof of purchase, such as the original receipt or invoice.

Your order number.

A detailed description of the defect or issue.

Photos or videos clearly showing the defect, if applicable.

Our customer support team will review your claim and provide instructions on how to proceed. Once the claim is reviewed and verified, STANT will determine whether the issue is covered under the warranty. If eligible, we will provide replacement parts, repair the defective part, or replace the product according to the warranty terms.

Legal Rights

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights depending on your country, state, or jurisdiction.
