At Stant, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 30-day return policy so you can try Stant at home and make sure it fits your workspace, desk setup, and working style. Please review the details below.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your Stant chair arrives damaged, incorrect, or with missing parts, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
We will review the issue and, where applicable, replace the product, send missing parts, or correct the issue free of charge within 10 working days.
30-Day Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your Stant chair within 30 days of receiving it.
Please note:
Products must be returned in their original condition and original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
Items showing signs of damage, heavy use, improper assembly, or missing parts may not qualify for a full refund.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrect.
International customers are responsible for any customs, duties, or return handling fees unless the return is due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items
Please note that customized, personalized, or final sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they arrive defective or incorrect.
Return Inspection
All returned items are subject to inspection. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or issue a partial refund if the returned product does not meet our return requirements.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Additional processing time may apply depending on your bank or payment provider.
